The UK Department of Health recommends that people aged 65 years and over should take a daily supplement of 10mcg of vitamin D.

Wellwoman Max contains the preferred D3 form of Vitamin D. Vitamin D3, also known as cholecalciferol, is the form of vitamin D that is produced by the skin on exposure to sunlight. D3 is the preferred form of vitamin D because it is the specific form made in the human body and therefore is thought to be more effective than D2 which is found in some supplements.

Green Tea Extract contains a minimum of 0.75mg of catechins [including a minimum of 0.25mg (-)- epigallocatechin-3-gallate] per daily intake. Do not consume over 800mg of (-)- epigallocatechin-3-gallate per day. Should not be consumed by children below 18 years old, under fasting conditions, or if you are already consuming other products containing green tea. Contains low levels of natural caffeine (2.45mg per tablet). Not recommended for use by those sensitive to caffeine. This product contains vitamin K. Those taking anticoagulants (blood thinners) should not take this product except on the advice of a doctor. Not to be taken on an empty stomach (see directions on back of box). This product contains iron, which if taken in excess, may be harmful to very young children.
